Veronica

Veronica M. Hawkins, AIS, AINS

Personal Injury Claims Analyst

A graduate of Illinois State University, Veronica has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked as a claims adjuster for Farmer’s Insurance Group and several local insurance companies.

She is currently preparing to attain her Associate in Claims (AIC) professional designation from The Institutes, the leader in delivering proven knowledge solutions that drive powerful business results for the risk management and property-casualty industry.

“Veronica’s in-depth knowledge of how the insurance industry operates will be an invaluable asset to our firm’s clients”, says Managing Partner Scot Goldberg.

“I love using my insurance experience to help our clients receive fair financial compensation for their injuries”, Hawkins said. “Insurance companies can be difficult to deal with, and I’m here to advocate for people who need help.”

Hawkins speaks fluent Italian, having lived in Italy as the daughter of a Navy veteran. She is originally from Chicago and is married with two children.

Gonzales 201808

Maria Gonzalez

Personal Injury Claims Analyst

Born in Ecuador, Gonzalez attained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Education from Vicente Rocafuerte University and her law degree from San Gregorio University. Gonzalez has resided in the United States since 2002.  Prior to joining Goldberg Noone Abraham, Gonzalez devoted the past nine years of her career to handling personal injury claims for the SW Florida community.

“My goal has always been to provide peace of mind to my clients, taking the stress of dealing with the insurance companies and paying medical bills off of my clients’ shoulders,” says Gonzalez. “I assure every client that I am always a phone call away, ready to help them through every step of their personal injury case.”

Michael Noone, a Managing Partner of the law firm, is confident that Gonzalez will add considerable value to the service provided to their clients. “Maria’s extensive experience negotiating with insurance companies and helping clients navigate through the aftermath of a serious car accident will be a meaningful addition to our firm,” he points out. “The fact that Maria speaks Spanish fluently will also allow us to better serve our Spanish speaking clients.”

Gonzalez is married and has three children. She is very involved in her children’s school activities, treasures time with her family, and enjoys going to the beach as much as possible.
